Thankfully, our water at OTXBC is NOT subject to the Austin boil notice and is as delicious as ever! Our water is drawn from the Lake Travis reservoir and treated down the street from us by Water District 17, not under the City of Austin Water Department. We then filter our water with an industrial charcoal filter. It's times like these, though, that we are reminded of how crucial water, and a pure water source, is a part of our beer. If you are in need of water, come by the taproom and we will fill up any containers you have.
